This is the Olympic year of getting fit and healthy and we want you to join in the excitement.
Why don’t you mark this historic year by either choosing to walk, run or cycle the 8 London Bridges for 6 km to raise money for the UK’s first Slaughter-free Milk campaign?
There might even be a glass of slaughter-free milk waiting for you at the finishing line!

Why we need your help?
The Lotus Trust’s Ahimsa Slaughter-Free Milk Campaign aims to raise the quality of life of cows and aid in the production of healthier milk for human consumption. This pioneering campaign will ensure that cows are not slaughtered after their natural milk production ceases.
We need your help to fund the essential milk production and delivery processes at Commonwork Organic Dairy Farm in Kent. Our partnership delivers ethical milk which is kinder to the cows and healthier for you.
Or create your own online sponsorship page by clicking onto our page at the Just Giving website: www.justgiving.com/thelotustrust and email it to your friends and family. Donations will be automatically transferred to the charity.
If you can’t take part then sponsor one of our cow champion athletes:
Kofi Burke from Central London is a keen cyclist and though an accountant in the media world, is not shy to dress up as a cow for an important cause. He led a herd of 25 cows through the streets of London on rickshaws and cycles two years ago. If you haven't seen yet, take a look above.
Kofi will be riding the 8 London Bridges in his cow suit. Sponsor Kofi here
Neera Shah is from Harrow, Middx and is a dedicated member of Ahimsa Team. She is an analyst and an enthusiastic campaigner for cows. She dresses, speaks and does whatever is needed to promote a compassionate lifestyle which does not harm cows. Her workplace has taken to her passion and will match whatever she raises – please sponsor her.
Neera will do a mix of walk, run and cycle and may even surprise us with a hoof trot. Sponsor Neera here.
